THE APPOINTED DAY PART 14

 THE APPOINTED DAY PART 14

As a thief in the night 2

1 Thessalonians 4: 15-17

15 For this reason we tell you this in the word of the Lord: that we who are alive, who will remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God, will come down from heaven; and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we will always be with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4: 15-17 KJV)

Because the trumpet will sound warning us.

Thief at night: When a thief arrives at a house, he does so at night without making noise and in the dark because he does not want to be discovered. That is why alarms were invented, so we fall asleep relaxed and the alarm wakes us up in the presence of the thief. But the person who watches does not sleep, this person will feel and see the Lord coming and will open the door of his house even before he knocks on the door. And that person who does not listen or wake up when the thief arrives will realize his arrival when he discovers the absence of what the thief took.

Verse 6: At midnight, will this be the time? At midnight from where? From Jerusalem? When it is midnight in Jerusalem in Honduras it is 4:00 pm in winter and 3:00 pm in summer.

1 Thessalonians 5: 1-8

1 But concerning the times and the occasions, you do not need, brothers, that I write to you. 2 For you know perfectly well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night; 3 that when they say: Peace and safety, then sudden destruction will come upon them, like pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. 4 But you, brothers, are not in darkness, so that that day should surprise you like a thief. 5 For you are all children of light and children of the day; we are not of the night or of darkness. 6 Therefore, let us not sleep like the rest, but let us watch and be sober. 7 For those who sleep sleep at night, and those who get drunk get drunk at night. 8 But we who are of the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and with the hope of salvation as a helmet. (1 Thessalonians 5: 1-8 KJV)

Who will not surprise that day? Verses 4-6 You will hear him coming and open the door for him. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

Revelation 3: 3

3 Remember, then, what you have received and heard; and keep it, and repent. For if you do not watch, I will come upon you like a thief, and you will not know what time I will come upon you. (Revelation 3: 3 KJV)

Verse 3 of 1 Thessalonians 5 says: "When they say: Peace and safety, then sudden destruction will come upon them, like pains to a woman in tape."

Remember Matthew 24: 8 "Beginning of Sorrows" so the delivery is the rapture. Start of Daniel's 70th Week.
